Mission and Vision
The mission of the Native Plant Society of Texas is to promote research, conservation and utilization of native plants and plant habitats of Texas through education, outreach and example.

You have found the web site of the enthusiastic and growing NPSOT chapter located in the beautiful small Hill Country town of Boerne. We invite you to explore this site and stop by one of our meetings for a visit.
Our meetings are free and open to the public. Join us the first Tuesday of the month, January-June and September – December, with a social beginning at 6:30 p.m.. Meetings are generally held at the Cibolo Nature Center Auditorium, 140 City Park Road in Boerne, Texas. Occasionally, meeting locations must be changed. Check our homepage under “Upcoming Events” for updates.

Directions to the Cibolo Nature Center: At the junction of Texas Highway 46 and U.S. Highway 87 in Boerne, proceed east on Texas Highway 46 for 1 mile to the turnoff indicated by the Boerne City Park/Cibolo Wilderness Trail sign. Proceed another half mile until you reach the pavilion and nature center.
