Mission and Vision
The Mission of Immanuel Lutheran Church is to be united in faith and love, to proclaim and serve Jesus Christ our Savior through:
* Providing an environment that encourages people to strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and share the riches of their faith with others.
* Offering opportunities for men, women, and children of all ages, needs and cultures, to learn teach, and grow in God's Word.
* Establishing a close relationship of trust and love with our fellow believers at Immanuel Lutheran Church and our community.
* Developing meaningful and helpful service to our members and others in our neighborhood, community, and world.
* Creating opportunities that encourage our members to grow in Christian services and giving.

Hellen's Children
Each year we fundraise and collect Noisy offerings to allow us to provide clothing and gifts to children in need.
WELCA - Women of the ELCA
WELCA at Immanuel Lutheran Church is a very active organization! We are part of the larger WELCA organization!
Quilters
The quilting ministry meet twice a month to create beautiful quilts that are sent overseas.
Comfort Table and Food Pantry
The Mission of Comfort Table and Food Pantry is to feed the Hungry of the Comfort area by providing meals and food assistance. Founded over 20 years ago by a group of Comfort area churches, the Table and Food Pantry provide food assistance to people in Comfort & surrounding areas.
The Food Pantry is housed in the Immanuel Lutheran Church parking lot at 318 High St. and is open two days a week providing nutritious food for needy people. More information can be found at www.comforttablepantry.org.
Community Outreach
Immanuel Lutheran performs community outreach projects several times a year.
Camping Ministry
Cross Trails Ministry is a year-round camp and retreat ministry in Southwestern Texas. Two sites are at the heart of this ministry, Lutheran Camp Chrysalis in Kerrville and Ebert Ranch Camp in Harper. Both camps are accredited by the American Camp Association. In addition to these two sites, Cross Trails Ministry offers a variety of off-site and congregational programs and events throughout the year.
