Mission and Vision
MISSION:
Hill Country Mission for Health is a medical ministry providing charitable primary healthcare for eligible low-income, uninsured adults in Kendall County and surrounding communities through private, non-governmental support.
VISION:
The Hill Country Mission for Health vision is to be the focal point in the community for providing quality charitable healthcare for Kendall County residents in need.

Tuesday : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday : Closed
Lunch : 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
AREA SERVED: Kendall County.
SERVICES OFFERED TO: Adults, age 18-64 years who reside in Kendall County, who are uninsured or under-insured, reside in Kendall County or within Boerne ISD, and whose household income does not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Level guidelines.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: A medical ministry serving uninsured, low income adults residing in
Kendall County. Services offered are physicals, cancer screening, and treatment of chronic health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Medication assistance, discounted diagnostic testing and specialist consultations are available as medically indicated. Most staff are bilingual. Not offered: emergency or urgent treatment, hospital treatment, prenatal or obstetrical services, pediatric services, family planning, psychiatric or substance abuse treatment, treatment of work-related injuries or car accidents.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CLIENT: Potential patients are screened for program eligibility by
Hill Country Mission for Health. Patients are seen by appointment only. Call 830-249-0130. New applicants will be instructed to bring appropriate documentation to the new patient appointment.
COST TO CLIENT: Hill Country Mission for Health is not a free clinic. Patients are asked to make a contribution for the services they receive; however, no eligible patient will be turned away for their inability to contribute. Additional costs may be incurred based on lab, radiology, or other requirements determined by the Provider during the initial medical evaluation.
