The Club is a non-profit social club association, operating under IRS Code 501(c)7. There is a one-time membership fee of $75 for the first family member to join. Other family discounts may apply. Monthly dues are $35.

The Club is maintained/operated by an elected Board of Directors (voluntary).

The facility is unstaffed. Access is with a keyless tag system. The Club has 24/7 security/surveillance and 911 activated call buttons.
